If you are seeking the ACSR credentialing designation you must accomplish this by purchasing the self-study materials and pass the exam included on The Institutes website - these webcasts are intended to SUPPLEMENT and serve as companion pieces to the self-study designation but will not replace the need to follow the steps required to attain the ACSR designation!

The Institutes, IIABNY and ABEN are pleased to provide viewers with excellent instruction which is intended to SUPPLEMENT the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation program offered on The Institutes website: If you are looking for distance learning instruction to assist in the preparation for ACSR credentialing exams, this ABEN course is a cost effective solution that provides guided instruction while also helping you to fulfill licensing CE requirements!

Educational Objectives:

-Process changes to existing business that comply with appropriate standards to control agency errors and omissions exposures.

-Issue client-requested certificates of insurance that control the agency’s errors and omissions exposure.
